Read Also:
1. 1 kg peeled Cassava, and throw cassava’s coir center,
2. 250 grams of sliced brown sugar,
3. 75 grams of rice flour,
4. 1 tablespoon flour,
5. 1 tablespoon Salt,
6. Cooking oil.
The second step is processing:
1. Firstly, cut the cassava into pieces and steam cassava until cooked.
2. Secondly, with a little boiling water, add brown sugar until dissolve and well blended.
3. Thirdly, destroy the Cassava in hot condition, and add brown sugar little by little until well blended.
4. After that, Flatten cassava on a tray, make 2 cm thick and cut like a box 4 x 5 cm.
5. Next, mix the rice flour, flour, salt, and enough water until thick dough.
6. Heat cooking oil and dip “getuk” into batter flour before frying.
7. Finally, fry it until yellowish and take it over.
8. Then, “getuk goreng sokaraja” is ready to serve.
