 Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.
The honorable, Headmaster of Junior High School Permata, Mr. Alyas, and don’t forget the lovely ones all of my friends in this school.
Firstly, let’s praise to Allah SWT who has given us mercy and blessing, so we still be given uncountable pleasures, health, and chance to attend this beautiful occasion. Sholawat and salam always deliver to our prophet Muhammad SAW, who has brought us from the darkness into the brightness. Give us the direction and destination to know about Islam, and give us meaning of live that is just to worship for Allah SWT. 
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Secondly, In this good occasion I would like to say thanks for the chance has been given for me to give short speech about health. Healthy is an all people expectation including you. With healthy, we also do not have to waste our time and money to go to the hospital, or buy some medicine. Therefore, we must always say thanks to Allah who has given us healthy until now. One matter that you have to know is that health is not only physically, but also spiritually. Those two matters above must be kept in order that it will be well-balanced. As we know that health is very important part in our life. When we are sick, we are unable to do something as usual. For example, when we want to do assignment but we feel not good that day, so there is no desire to do it. Other example, when we want to do our routine activities like pray to God, we will feel lazy, and there is no spirit and desire to do it. That is why health can be said as a part of faith. If we are healthy, we will have spirit and desire to pray to God. So, let’s keep our health start from now by eating healthy, doing sport exercise, avoiding something useless, doing something useful, and the most important is doing worship.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to give you some suggestion to keep our health. To keep our health balance between physic and spiritual health, we have to do our all activities without forgetting spiritual activities. There is a quote that mentions, “In the health body, there is a strong soul”. In Islam is mentioned that the strong people more be loved by Allah than the weak people. It means that we have to be strong people by keeping our health. Physic and spiritual health must walk together in our life, especially in our all activities. For example, before we doing something, we begin it by praying to God. As a result, we will feel save because we believe that God always keep us. Our heart also will feel calm; therefore, we can do something without afraid about bad unexpected thing. There are some suggestions that I can share for you all to keep our health balance. These are :
First, healthy eating and eating control. We have to be selective to choose some food to be eaten because now there are many delicious food, but there is no vitamin or nutrition there. Not only that, now are many beautiful food package, but the content is bad. Because of it we have to be selective people, to keep our health. Then, expensive food does not assure that the food is good. Eating control is the important matter to keep our health. For example, eating too satisfied is not good for our health. In Islam we are proposed to eat after hungry, and stop eating before satisfied.
 Second, we have to do sport exercise. Eating good food is not enough to keep our health. So, we have to do sport exercise at least once a week. For example, we can do futsal, go swimming, play badminton, do gymnastics, or go jogging. If you are busy, you can do it on weekend at least once a week. It is enough if we do it continuously once a week. But the better sport exercise is everyday at least 30 minutes/day in the morning. Why we have to do sport exercise? It is a good question.  The answer is to keep our body balance and drain poison out from our body because in our body there is poison that should be drained out of our body. The one way to do it is by doing sport exercise. Because when we do sport exercise seriously, sweat will drain out of our body. It will bring the poison out of our body together with our sweat. Others advantages of jogging are we can get sun ray in the morning that is good for our body to grow vitamin D for our body, and we can enjoy the fresh air in the morning without pollution there.
Third, we have to avoid cigarette, instant food, alcohol drinking, and drugs. Smoking is not good for our health because it contains of many poisons that can cause cancer. Smoking not only gives negative effect for active smokers, but also for the people around them as passive smokers. Why they can be called passive smoker although they do not smoke? It because people around the smokers, also suck the smoke in from the cigarette. So, it also disturb others comfort. Smoking also spends a lot of money to get cigarette. Other effects are heart attack, cough, cancer, etc. We also have to avoid alcohol drinking. Why? Because alcohol drinking is not good for our health. There are many negative effects of alcohol drinking, these are lost our body balance, addicted, cancer, etc. But life is a choice, you can determine it by yourself. And I believe that you are a wise people. Then, avoid instant food. Because if we too often eat instant food, it also not good for our health. Finally, avoid drug. Drug is very dangerous for our life. It can give many negative effects for us. For example, hallucination, depression, mental disorders, cancer, heart attack, and it can attack our brain.
Fourth, do not forget to do worship as the main obligation as a human, like praying to God. As we know that pray can make us feel calm and save. If our mind feels calm and our heart feels save, we can do all our activities wisely. Not only that, when we do pray to God, we also do the body movement. As we know that there are many benefits of pray movement. There are many body movement of pray, and every movement has useful grades for our health if we do it rightly. For example, make blood flow fluently, stretching, calm etc.
Fifth, do useful activities as a part of spiritual health, like keep our environment clean and fasting. The clean environment will avoid us of disease, and give us the fresh air. Then, why fasting can keep our health? As we know that there are many benefits of fasting for our health, these are give chance to our digestion organ to take a rest, keep our mind of negative thinking, healthy kidney, healthy heart, drain the poison out from our body, emotion control, positive thinking etc. So let’s fasting start from now.            
Sixth, try to always think positive and take something easy. We also must can control our emotion and keep our heart from negative feeling. For example, if we have some problems, believe that every problem there is some solutions. If we positive thinking, we will feel calm and we will enjoy this life. As a result, we can do all our activities happily. It will give positive effect for our health. If we have some problems, solve it by fresh mind.
The last is adequate rest. After we do all activities along the day, our tired body needs to take a rest. Many activities that we do everyday make our body are tired. Take a rest is the best way to relax our body, in order that our body will be fresh again before we do the next activities. Sleeping enough is the best way to take a rest. Because with sleeping, our tired body after doing many activities along the day will be fresh again. But don’t forget, the best sleeping is not looked by how long we are sleeping, but the quality of sleeping.
Ladies and Gentlemen, 
Health is the most important part in life. There are many advantages if we are healthy, these are :
-          We can do worship calmly, full of desire and spirit.
-          We can sleep soundly
-          We can work kindly
-          We can study kindly
-          We will feel calm
-          We will feel peace, and peaceful
-          We will feel more self confident
-          We can thrift our money 
-          We can ate deliciously
-          We can prevent disease, Etc.
I hope this short speech will open our mind to keep our health seriously because health is the precious matter to be kept by ourselves. It is not difficult. So, let’s improve our life quality by keeping our health to make our better life and useful life.

Finally, physically health and spiritually health is the important part of life that must be well-balanced. I urge you to maintain the health as good as possible because preventing is better than medicating. Health is an expensive prices, it cannot be bought by anything. So, let’s improve our life quality by keeping our health start from now. “In the health body, there is a strong soul “
