DEFINIITON:
Opinion Analysis/Opinion mining also known as Sentiment analysis refers to the use of natural language processing, text analysis and computational linguistics to identify and extract subjective information in source materials. Sentiment analysis is widely applied to reviews and social media for a variety of applications, ranging from marketing to customer service (https://www.igi-global.com).
PENGERTIAN:
Opinion Analysis/Opinion mining atau Opini analitis juga dikenal dengan analitis sentimen merujuk pada penggunaan pengolahan bahasa yang alami, analisis teks dan komputasi linguistik untuk mengidentifikasi dan menggali informasi subjektif dari sumbernya. Analitis sentimen secara luas diterapkan pada ulasan-ulasan dan media sosial untuk berbagai keperluan, mulai dari pemasaran hingga layanan pelanggan.
PURPOSE:
The aim of sentiment analysis is to determine the attitude of a speaker or a writer with respect to some topic or the overall contextual polarity of a document. The attitude may be his or her judgment or evaluation, affective state i.e. the emotional state of the author when writing, or the intended emotional communication i.e. the emotional effect the author wishes to have on the reader (https://www.igi-global.com).
TUJUAN:
Tujuan dari analitis sentimen adalah untuk menentukan sikap pembicara atau penulis terhadap beberapa topik atau polaritas kontekstual keseluruhan dari dokumen. Sikap tersebut dapat berupa penilaian atau evaluasi penulis atau pembicara, kecenderungan misalnya keadaan emosional penulis saat menulis, atau komunikasi yang bertujuan emosional misalnya efek emosional penulis yang ingin pembaca rasakan.
